Dear,

The Light of God is always shining and this Divine Light exists in all people, all things and all circumstances. Awareness of this Light will bring it into your awareness, allowing you to see it from an enlightened perspective.

The Divine Presence is the very energy in which you live and move and have your being. This energy is infinite, all-encompassing and exists in all situations. This truth can be hard to remember at times. In fact, it may seem like there is nothing but darkness. However, remembering that this Divine Power is available will bring Light to all dark circumstances.

Energy follows thought. If you think of God in any situation, the thought itself produces illumination, as if a candle were burning in a dark room. When you ask for Divine Order, this prayer directs this high frequency energy so that you are surrounded by heavenly Light and spiritual solutions flow throughout your being.

The consciousness of Divine Light illuminates all situations. Every time you turn to the Source of true Light, you are blessed. When even a person turns to the Light of God, the Earth is blessed. This blessing creates change. Sometimes this change can be instantaneous, other times healing can occur in a less obvious way. Have faith and know that healing happens according to Divine Time. Always affirm the greater truth in every situation to bring your consciousness back into the Divine Presence.

When you invoke your Guardian Angel, you focus on Divine Light in the midst of your darkness. Your guardian angel and all of God's angelic messengers are here to help you bring more Light and Love into your life. No matter what it looks like, no matter how dire the circumstances may seem, you will receive immediate assistance when you ask the Angels for help. Ask for what you really want in your life. Do your best not to focus on how bad things look, but turn your attention to the Light, and you will indeed see the situation clarified.

By being aware of the simple truth that God exists in every situation, you can bring Light into your life. Turning your attention to the Divine through the use of your breath can change the frequency of energy in your world. Remember to create a cocoon of protective and nurturing Light around you, giving yourself time to breathe evenly and pray for the qualities you wish to see manifested in your life. These you can place, with intentional respect, in your protective energy field.

Where your focus goes, energy flows. The question is, do you want to dwell in darkness or in light? It's your choice. Return through your breath into a divine Cocoon of Golden Light. You will come to the place where you will be safe, surrounded and filled with God's love at all times. Your world will begin to change as you turn your attention to this loving Presence of Eternal Divine Light.

This can all seem too easy.

However, we ask you to remember that your message from the Angels for today is:

WHY DO I YEARN FOR MY EX?

If you find yourself yearning for a previous relationship, it is not necessarily a sign that you are meant to go back. The relationship ended for a reason and those energies are expired. What you are really missing are the elements that did work for you in that relationship. It is feedback for you to know what to look for in your next partner without the things that didn’t work. Simply put, your soul is giving you a yes for the elements that did work, and a no to the ones that did not. This is to give you clarity to help you discover your next highest match. Many people misunderstand this and try to go back into the relationship, only to find out that it still does not work.

Your soul is always trying to move you forward into the perfect matches for you. Many times you get caught up in the idea that you can only find the traits you enjoyed in that relationship in one place, but the fact is your old partner was likely a near match and your soul is trying to lead you to the true match, the relationship that holds what you enjoyed without whatever issues made that previous relationship unsustainable.

Have you considered that you could find an even better relationship than the old one that contains all of the joy and none of the angst? Open your heart and your mind that you can have it all, Dear Ones, and you will make that a true possibility which will allow yourself to align with the match that is truly meant for you. Archangel Metatron: Forgiving the World to Heal Yourself

Greetings, beloved beacons of light upon the Earth, I am Archangel Metatron. What a joy it is to be in your presence and to participate in the Ascension journey unfolding in every moment of your reality. It is in this communication with you that I, Archangel Metatron wish to speak with you about healing yourself by forgiving the world around you. In order to achieve this, we first must realise that you are the Creator of everything around you. You are also the Creator of everything within you, your thoughts, your emotions, and so forth. The reality that you experience from day-to-day is born from your inner energies. This includes the way you perceive yourself and others, the thoughts that you energise, the wounds that are not yet healed, the emotions that you activate, your soul’s purpose and destiny in your Ascension journey, your inner energy is unique and sacred. Even what you might perceive as negative aspects within your being, these are also sacred. Everything within your being synthesises to create the reality that you experience around you, attracting people, situations, scenarios into your reality to serve and to act as a reflection for the inner energy you hold. As you take responsibility for your inner energy and how it synthesises to create your outer reality. Then you begin to realise that healing can take place through how you interact with your outer energy, as well as your inner energy. In truth, the more you are able to forgive the outer reality, the more this will create a new energy, new activations within your being and cause a healing that supports the release of challenging energies. You may wonder what you could forgive in your outer reality? Maybe there are loved ones and their actions that require forgiveness. Forgiveness may be needed regarding the way the world is being run, circumstance in your own country or another country, the actions of others towards people or animals, or it could be restrictions you recognise in your life. The way to recognise where forgiveness is needed, is to investigate the world and recognise what you disagree with. WHAT DO YOU DISLIKE? What causes reactions within your being of sadness, upset, chaos, or conflict? You can seek in your local reality or further afield, something that you are experiencing or that you are observing. When you recognise all these areas within your local reality or further afield, you are recognising opportunities to emanate your forgiveness, and in doing so as you emanate your forgiveness you switch your vibration to higher frequencies. You connect with your soul; you connect with your soul group and the Creator. You become aligned to the divine, you allow the divine frequencies to flow through you. As you express gratitude, you begin to see, sense and acknowledge the world around you differently. You are actually changing your perspective, offering to yourself greater enlightenment and understanding, not only to discover what is really happening, but also to recognise a greater form of enlightenment. It is often in your reality that something that requires forgiveness, is an area where you do not wish to give forgiveness? However, if you can cultivate the energy of forgiveness within your being and radiated forgiveness out as a frequency, this will support you in dealing with that situation, coming to see it in a new light. Awakening and gaining understanding of the message from within your being. Awakening the healing that is required for yourself and others, while anchoring the Divine Creator. It is often in those areas where you resist forgiveness that forgiveness is required. If you begin to allow the forgiveness energy to flow from your being without directing it to anyone or anything specifically simply letting it flow, you begin to embody the energy of forgiveness. You begin to understand its meaning, its purpose, how it impacts your being, and the healing that is required. Then you can begin to focus your energy and your mind to a certain situation, person or experience, allow the same forgiveness energy to flow. It is important to realise that mentally you do not have to forgive at this stage. You may resist forgiveness and yet, you can still share the vibration of forgiveness. This will create a bridge of light where energy can be worked through and resolved. The more that you achieve this process the more you will begin to peel back the layers within you, within the person or the situation. You will begin to notice and understand yourself and the person or situation in a new light. Thus, you will enter into a space where you can truly forgive, and with that forgiveness will come understanding and action. Action could be things that you can do to support this process, to support the forgiveness, a new connection and to support your own healing and growth. This is something that I, Archangel Metatron and the Angelic Kingdom are supporting at this time. We invite you as light beacons upon the Earth to gaze into your reality, to gaze into the world around, and the situations that are occurring. Share your energy of forgiveness. If you are unable to radiate the energy of forgiveness, you can simply say, ‘I forgive you.’ At first you may not mean it, but if you repeat the statement, it will be like the most delicious healing liquid that melts and seeps into your being and washes away the blockages, and the limitations, allowing you to see with crystal-clear clarity. Imagine if everyone on the world was looking at the world with forgiveness, even if they don’t at first mean it, this doesn’t matter. Imagine if everyone was willing to gaze at the world around them with the eyes, the heart, the vibration of forgiveness. How this would change the world, how it would change your inner world as well as promoting such beautiful healing, a healing that generates liberation and freedom. I, Archangel Metatron, invite you to sit and to contemplate my words. Activate the vibration of forgiveness within your being, all you need to do is think of the energy of forgiveness or think of a time when you forgave another or yourself. You may wish to think of what the energy of forgiveness is, what colour, sound or image represents forgiveness to you. However, you activate this energy within you, let yourself breathe it out into the world. As you are forgiving the world around you, so you are forgiving yourself within and vice versa. Dearest Beloved Ones, At this time on the holy planet Earth, those cosmic energy forces that are opposed to the expansion of light are manifesting more directly and visibly upon the planet. The reason for this manifestation is that all those carrying embodied divine light on the holy Earth are being moved forward in their path, and given greater light to anchor, to manifest and to share. This process is greatly assisting in the transformation of the holy planet Earth. This change is significant, because for so many eons the earth has been a place where souls came to experience duality and the separation from the Oneness in order to explore individuality. These oppositional energy forces create the illusion and the expectation of doom. They also feed the emotions that are connected with the state of duality, such as fear, negation, anger and negativity. Many vulnerable souls are affected by these energies at this time dearest Beloveds. Some sensitive souls can feel the potency of these energies, and even those who do not directly experienced these see the results in the events of increasing violence that are manifesting with greater frequency. Dearest holy Beloveds, this state of things is not static but dynamic, and you can make a difference in all of your thoughts, words, actions and activities.

Even the energies of duality, darkness, and separated consciousness are part of the One. These are part of the choice that all souls are given when they enter the plane of duality. Over time, souls learn more of their nature and the true nature of freedom, however it is not possible for any soul to move more quickly upon their evolutionary journey. Each has their divine timing and learning, none of which may be clear to you, or to others. In the face of these accelerating events and energies dearest Beloveds you always have a choice. Because the energies of light partake of the divine Oneness, these have the strength and capability to transform and transmute energies of separation and duality. This power of light is what is needed at this time dearest Beloveds. Many human beings have become accustomed to feeling helpless in the face of negativity, however there is a great deal more divine love, divine light, and divine truth existing both within you, and also around you, and in the holy Earth who is vibrating at a much higher dimensional frequency than ever before. There are many ways that you can align with the divine light of the One. We have spoken of these before, and you may also find a very simple practice of alignment to be useful and supportive. Anything that calls upon the divine love in your heart, the divine light of God, the holy Creator, the Divine Mother, the Divine One That is All, will bring forth a response from the divine that will aid you in navigating through the current circumstance. At this time dearest Beloveds, when you choose to align with light, with love, and with all the goodness of your heart and soul that lives within you, you make a powerful embodied statement in the world. You may not feel this because the oppositional energies are creating a heaviness, however you will be upheld and nourished from within. You will be adding exponentially to the light of the world and the presence of the force of divine redemption which is active even now, transforming and transmuting all that prevents the full expansion of Divine light on the Earth. The Incredible Way Nature Can Heal An Empath Of Emotional Toxicity

You may have heard the term emotional toxicity but didn’t really know what it entailed or whether it applied to you or not. So, in today’s post, I will walk you through some of the symptoms and then discuss how spending time in Nature offers natural incredible healing. When we become emotionally toxic, it is most often caused by either having experienced a stressful event, from having a diet and lifestyle that does not agree with us, or even from contaminants in our environments or WIFI. On top of that, as Empaths, we can also experience emotional toxicity by experiencing or absorbing too many negative emotions. When we become overwhelmed with emotions, whether they be ours or those we lift from others, the ability to properly filter our feelings becomes compromised. Our insecurities resurface and we often become vulnerable and emotionally intoxicated. Here are some other ways we can be affected by emotional toxicity: SIGNS OF BEING EMOTIONALLY TOXIC

1. We don’t feel ourself

This is the biggest sign we are emotionally toxic; not feeling like our usual self. Its almost as if our energy is stagnant and sludgy, and we lack the energy to find ways to snap ourselves out of it.

1. We lack motivation

If we become lethargic in both our body and mind, and don’t feel like trying anything new, this could be another sign of emotional toxicity. Especially if you once considered yourself as a bit of a go-getter. When our vitality diminishes, it becomes an effort to make decisions or to stay on top of everyday tasks

1. We find fault in most things

When we constantly see faults and flaws in the world, it can be a sign that we have become so overwhelmed by emotions that it has altered our perception. We seem to find our focus is constantly taken to negative issues.

1. We can’t let go of that which no longer serves

When suffering with emotional toxicity, we often become stuck in life. We can’t move forward because we are either too afraid to let go of that which no longer serves or we lack the motivation.

1. We quickly get on the defensive

If we are highly sensitive to others over the slightest things, when we never used to be, there is always a reason. When we become overly defensive, it’s often because we are protecting ourselves from what we could consider to be harmful.

1. We feel insecure

If our confidence has massively waned and we lose faith in ourself, this could be another tell-tale sign of toxicity. When our self-esteem takes a nosedive and we have become burdened with insecurities, we often feel utterly defenceless, almost as though we have lost our power. HOW NATURE CAN HELP Ok, now that we know what emotional toxicity is, let’s take a look at how Nature can help. As an Empath, you will already be aware that there is nothing more healing to the body, mind and spirit than being in Nature. A stroll through a beautiful woodland, over a grassy meadow or near a natural-flowing stream is not only uplifting but it is also grounding. It is not by chance Empaths love being outdoors. Our inner Knowing guides us towards the Earth’s natural healing to harness its power. Spending time in Nature is uplifting for all humans, but to the Empath it activates a special kind of magic. It removes impurities from the energy field, quietens a busy stressed mind and helps purge emotional toxicity. Even sitting in our garden listening to the birds sing, whilst eyeing over the vegetation, has a clearing and calming influence. However, what is particularly powerful for clearing emotional intoxication is spending time in heavy woodland. Woods and forests are as close to healing energy temples as you can get. Trees are powerful and majestic, but few pay little notice to them or their magnificence. Just gazing upon the greenery of a tree has an instant soothing effect, allowing you to experience a release of pent-up emotions. The Japanese believe so much in the power of Nature’s healing that they developed a health program called Shinrin-yoku. Shinrin-yoku basically means spending more time around trees. It is also known as forest bathing. The idea is to spend a time of quiet contemplation in densely wooded areas. Not jogging, hiking or expending energy, but just drinking in the natural vibrations of Nature. The Japanese found, through scientific studies, that forest bathing has numerous benefits on the physical and psychological. And they discovered it was not just down to the fresh air. Trees emit oils, called phytoncides, which act as protection from germs and insects. These oils also help build a strong immune system. It was also noted that by being in forests, heart rate and blood pressure lowered and stress hormones, such as cortisol, were significantly reduced. Cortisol is known as the stress hormone and plays a big part in emotional toxicity. Lowering it comes with many health benefits. Forest bathing is also known to reduce depression whilst increasing energy. It becomes even more beneficial when practising Earthing at the same time (read more on Earthing here.) Green is the colour of the heart chakra and by connecting to Nature you activate the power of your heart which helps heal and clear your energy field. The Empath’s energy field (aura) is constantly under stress. A poor diet, worry, alcohol, stimulants, medications and other people’s energy, weaken the aura, making it permeable. This is bad news. A leaky energy field not only lets energy out but also allows in too much energy, in the way of other people’s negative energy, thought forms and emotions (see this post to learn more). This is the last thing we need if we are suffering emotional toxicity. Nature helps build a more resilient energy field. This goes a long way to keeping the Empath healthy, grounded and protected. Here are some more benefits of spending time in Nature:

• Better Sleep

• Reduction of inflammation

• Energy increasing

• Normalizes circadian rhythms

• Relieves muscle tension and headache

• Improves hormone related symptoms

• Speeds healing

• Protects the body from electro-magnetic frequencies (EMF)

• Reduces snoring

After regularly spending time in nature, you may notice you feel more ‘cleared’. You might also feel, for want of a better word, purer. The emotional energy picked up off others does not seem to affect you in the same way (if only for a short period), and emotional toxicity significantly reduces. So, all in all, being out in Nature can only be a good thing. As a side note, if you suffer with hay fever, you are best to go outdoors during the middle of the day. The keys and codes of the first creation, the first heaven on earth, Elysium, are reactivated, with the original Arks of the Covenant.

These are the original patterns, knowledge, codes and keys of the Tree and Flower of Life, each key activating a certain aspect of Creation.

These keys work directly with the heart center and with each individual soul, and have been encoded within the soul itself.

As soul consciousness rises, the new crystalline Lightbody activates you within the new DNA and on all cellular levels.

All souls that were involved in the first creation are incarnate.

This entire process is overseen by Archangel Metatron, Archangel Butyalil and Lord Voosloo, the Master of the 9th dimension, and it is now a massive ascension wave. Not just the powerful energies flowing from the 7th Central Sun of Illumination, but also the keys and codes being reactivated, and the sacred sites, many still hidden, and the new Crystal Pyramids rising and the New Earth Crystalline Energy Web of Light. .

So the 9th to 12th dimensional states are activating the 5th to 7th that we are fully entering, each individual soul, as it ascends.

The old man is disintegrating. He can't keep in shape.

New very potent life forces are being released.

You need to keep digging deeper and nurturing the Omnipotent Divine Presence to navigate the enormity of it all. Look for Unity.

If you haven’t had a lot of fun in your life lately, it can be an indicator that you have been ignoring your inner child. Your inner child is your CEO of fun!

The first step is to just still yourself and ask your inner child what they need from you. It could be that they’ve been desperate for your love, care, and understanding. Let them know you are there for them and meet their emotional needs first.

Once you feel you have acknowledged and provided them with what they need, invite them out for a date with you. Ask them what they’d like to do and what would bring them joy. You might be surprised to discover that something as simple as going for an ice cream or a walk is all they want, but that ice cream or walk will be a much more wonderful experience than normal because you will be present with them and they will be present with you.

When you connect with your inner child and make them an integral part of your day to day life, much healing can occur. You will feel more comfortable because your abandonment wounds will no longer be in a triggered state. You will feel more complete. You will find it easier to be light and joyful and to notice the wonder and magic that exists all around you. Appreciate Yourself

Imagine if you started recognizing your own worth; what would happen, what would that look like to you? The Universe has never created a mistake…ever. When you indulge in self-depreciation, the only thing you are doing is telling your Inner Self that you are not worthy and deserving of The Universe’s faith in you…and only for the comfort of others. There is always a reason to sing your own praises! This is not selfish or conceited, this is SELF LOVE! Appreciate yourself; you are a perfect being created by The Universe to enhance your Earth plane existence. It has to start somewhere…why not with you?

As enlightening human beings you are always seeking expansion. What we want you to understand is that expansion doesn’t only occur during active phases. There is always expansion happening, it is either internal or external. So another very valuable question to ask yourself is, “How can I honour my expansion in whatever way is currently being energetically supported?”

If you are unsure of what phase you are currently in, there are some go-to’s that are supported in any phase. They are presence, gratitude, surrender, faith, flow, trust, alignment, prayer, and visualization, just to name a few. Flowers, family, and a higher vibe

A few weeks ago I mentioned in a newsletter that I had started envisioning flowers springing up in war-torn areas, and around the world as a sign of hope. Imagine my surprise when the angels guided me to a news article a few days ago that talked about a 27-year-old student from Florida who suddenly flew to Ukraine, got artificial flowers donated from Poland, and built a Wall of Flowers memorial with photos of those who had lost their lives. This was just one man, doing something extraordinary for just one town, but the story rippled around the world. These weren’t wildflowers, they were flowers of hope. A vibrational pebble in the pond keeps rippling outward. The young man who built the wall said it sprang from a similar project he did last year when the building in his home state collapsed and killed so many people. He felt a need to do something and in his great love for humanity, this idea was born. He has had a profoundly loving effect now on two towns, and hundreds of people who have suffered loss and grief. Amazing, yes? All because he felt inspired and motivated. I can guarantee that no matter what grief launched the desire, it was his love and passion to uplift others that motivated the project. Love ripples outward. Last week I was enjoying a visit with family for the first time in two and a half years. We were going to meet in 2020 but the pandemic got in the way as it did for so many of us. What a joy it was to be together again! We once tested each other thoroughly, and at times drove each other crazy, but we have all grown so far that there is nothing but love. I was in heaven enjoying life’s simple pleasures with them. We sat in the backyard and admired the birds. Hummingbirds came to visit. Woodpeckers showed off. Cool breezes blew on our skin, and my garden decided to grow like crazy. We walked in the desert on a day that was uncharacteristically cool. The creosote bushes perfumed the air and the wind carried a hint of baked dirt mixed in with the subtle fragrance of flowering trees. We went to parks and met lovely souls, and the entire visit unfolded without big plans as if by magic. Love truly does engage us in a glorious flow. It felt so good to just “be” for a week. Our “meditations” were a silent joy in savoring our meals. Our “spiritual discipline” consisted of walks in the mornings. Our “contributions” were kindness and laughter which inspired so many who saw us. The ripple in the pond goes outward and I’ll never know who it touches, but it starts with your own heart and goes from there. I am, by nature, an appreciative person. I love the grass under my feet, the bell pepper that grew an inch yesterday, the roses blooming, the lavender, the fresh parsley that is soaking in my sink, and the potatoes that I hadn’t dug up since last fall awaiting their life purpose in a delicious potato salad. I love the beautiful conversation with family and the quiet of silence as well. I love the feel of the keys under my fingers, and the respite that I feel when away from the computer. These things are small but they keep me up. I was contemplating the last two years. With the angels, I’ve counseled and supported thousands. While people raged and cried about the pain of being alone without family, I understood and gently tried to help them feel the company of spirit. When people cried and raged about how hard it is to manage life without anyone to take care of things for them, the angels and I gently tried to help them feel their own competence and the vast help that is always available. While people raged about democrats, republicans, and everything in between – shots, not shots, etc., and every possible conspiracy theory known to man, the angels simply and gently encouraged the love beneath their concerns to come to the surface. It has been an education in loving amidst the chaos, avoiding any victim mentality inside of myself, and choosing to maintain my vibration at all costs. Life’s simple pleasures truly do elevate the soul. There was always nature to nurture, always flavorful spices to keep life, and my meals, from being bland, always textures, tastes, smells, sights, and sounds that were beautiful no matter how ugly the world was being. There were and are always examples of love, kindness, progress, discovery, and expansion. We get to choose our focus. It is the least selfish thing you can do to choose a focus that makes you feel good. It elevates you and is essential if you want to be a true contribution. If you lift your own spirits first, then from that elevated space, your heart will naturally and organically want to spill over into life around you. What we seek we see. Seek beauty, goodness, kindness, and all that you can appreciate and you’ll just see more and more of it. I have a wish that flowers of hope will spring up around the world… and certainly in your hearts and mind. Here are a few tips to help you remember to appreciate the simple things in life: 1. Shift a Negative thought to an Appreciative One The minute you catch yourself thinking something that doesn’t feel good, use your willpower to appreciate something – anything at all! I pick the first thing I see and find something to appreciate about it. I might enjoy the coolness of a stone on my desk, a sip of water helping ease my thirst or the light filtering in through a window. No matter what you choose, the vibration of appreciation will elevate you. 2. Pick a Daily Ritual and find things to appreciate Choose one daily ritual. It may be brushing your teeth, washing your face, cooking dinner, taking the kids to school, etc. As you engage in this activity, instead of unconsciously performing it, look for things to appreciate that you normally don’t take the time to even notice – the taste of your toothpaste and the feel of clean teeth for example… When I first started hiking I brought the camera and never thought of the fact that in so doing I was consciously creating a reason to look for beauty – great and small. It cultivated within me a habit of looking for things to appreciate and share. Now I challenge myself to do this as often as possible. 3. Speak words of blessing and appreciation When you get in a conversation with someone who is being negative, or even if you catch yourself doing so, by all means, acknowledge their or your perspective, but then speak words of blessing or appreciation. “Yes there are indeed horrors in the world, but did you see that article about the young woman singing in the bunker? The human spirit cannot be extinguished.” “Yes, it is hard to hear constant bad news. I like to read good news each day.” “Yes, the war is horribly sad, but I find hope is how many are coming together to help those in need. Bless you for caring. You are an ambassador of peace. Thank God, there are so many good people.” Don’t say something you don’t mean of course, but if you can gently shift lower vibe conversations towards a higher vibe – without an agenda to “convert” anyone but simply a desire to share something of value, then you will find many people will join you in the elevated conversation. Some won’t of course, but better to keep yourself elevated than to lower your vibe to join those who won’t raise their own. Take the time each day to appreciate all you can. It feels better, more loving, and kinder. It helps you receive your guidance. It helps you be a blessing to all around and it truly does ripple, vibrationally speaking, into the field of human consciousness, resonating with all who are trying as you are to reach for something a bit higher and a bit happier.

Faith is a vibration of creation

My dear friends, we love you so very much, You have a phrase upon your earth that we love: “Faith is believing in things unseen.” Most would agree with that definition. Few, however, truly understand the depth of its meaning or importance in creating your world. Faith is believing in things unseen, so much so, that you live, breathe, and speak as if they were coming. True faith causes you to emit a vibration that matches your desire so thoroughly that you draw it unto you. When you have true faith, you don’t muddy your energy field with doubt, fear, scarcity consciousness, or a need to know how/when/where. True faith is believing with your whole heart, mind, and soul in God, good, and the desired outcome. True faith allows you to enjoy the present while eagerly anticipating the desired future, as much as a child would eagerly await their holiday presents. True faith is actually a choice to participate in creation. The only challenge is that you can’t fake faith. You can’t say, “Oh yes I believe, but I’m worried.” Your words say you believe. Your vibration says you doubt. You can’t say, “I have faith I’ll meet a delightful partner” while thinking or talking frequently about relationships in your past that didn’t work. Your words say one thing. Your focus/vibration/emanation says another. If you had true faith, you’d look forward to your future with delicious anticipation rather than spoiling your delight (and your vibration!) by looking backward. You would be vibrating to your desires, looking forward to them, and therefore drawing them to you. We know it is difficult for many of you to have faith in things you have no evidence for. You have been trained to believe only what you can prove or see, and this mindset does not support the creation of anything new. In fact, it would have you going in circles – focusing predominantly on the things you can see or prove, and therefore getting only more of the same. Without faith, science would not advance. Without faith, new inventions would not be possible. You’d still be living without electricity if faith had not been present in the minds of those committed to this possibility. Without faith, people give up on their seemingly impossible dreams. Your world would be a sad and dull place without those who have faith because they have a desire and a will so strong that it compels them to believe in what they cannot yet see. Without faith, your world would already be at war in a much larger way. Enough of you, however, continue to believe in the goodness of humanity and the power of prayer and positive focus. Enough of you have faith that solutions, even if they seem impossible now, can be negotiated. Enough of you have had enough faith in the future to create massive shifts even in the last few months. Your faith is moving mountains. Remind yourself often, “Faith is believing in things unseen.” You must allow yourself to look forward to what is coming so you can receive guidance to it. You must set aside temporary impatience and trust in the perfect timing. You must find the abundance, the love, and the good in the present moment so you don’t fear lack, loneliness, and pain in the future. True faith is born of strong desire and strong will. True faith is not passive. True faith is a belief so strong it changes the way you perceive and live your life. Dear ones it is your collective faith in a brighter future that is creating that future right now. Many of you are starting to enjoy your lives once again. Many of you are surrendering to peace in the present by resting, napping, or watching the clouds. Many of you are listening to your hearts – changing jobs, or cutting back, for example. So many of you are living and walking in faith for a better world, and this faith is inspiring and guiding you to create it. There are times when what you see in front of you now, will test your faith in the future. When you hear stories or see photos of death and destruction, do your best to believe in life arising once again from the ashes. Imagine beautiful buildings being created from the rubble, and future parks in place of today’s destruction, where children and animals are free and safe to play. Focus on the dear souls healing hearts, bodies, and minds, offering so much love and compassion. Believe in this unseen future, dear ones, for every single one of you that does so, empowers it. Your faith in a better and brighter world will be made manifest. You can’t avoid seeing the present, but you can believe in something more. If you are inspired to look at what is going on in the world, then do. You are being guided. Some of you will be guided to ignore the chaos and simply be a vibrational beacon of peace. Some of you are guided to watch and take action – perhaps praying, or donating money to charity. Some of you are guided to watch so as to look for the love emerging. Each of you is guided differently but all of you are guided to have faith – faith in love, faith in the spark of light within all human hearts, faith that your prayers DO matter, and faith that as you believe in things unseen, you help to create them in your life and in your world. SHADOW AND LIGHT

Recently, Merlin appeared in a channel where he spoke about the magic of surrender and appreciation in the face of any challenge. Here are Merlin's words:

“The opportunity to align with love is your highest priority at all times. When you feel out of sync, it can be for a myriad of reasons, some of which just have to do with physical exhaustion or needing to take a break and not take it. Or you encountered a pressing situation in your personal or professional life that required your full attention.

And then you can feel torn apart, and it drains you – and you can lose touch with inner peace and grounding a little bit because you haven’t had time to breathe and rest in order to replenish yourself and be fully available to attend. to all matters in question.

When that happens, when you're out of sync, old programming takes over. It could be for just a split second – and then you quickly come back into alignment with Source, with Love… or it could last longer.

It can last an entire conversation where you are using the old operating manual, pressing the old buttons or allowing your own buttons to be pressed. In that case, you will experience the other side, the shadow side.

These are all wonderful learning lessons. They are not to be judged because experiencing them is what strengthens you and your resolve to practice them. It strengthens your spiritual practice, your dedication to generosity, joy, calm and peace of mind and to be completely non-judgmental.

Judging yourself or others is when separation occurs.

So when you move into a shadow experience and feel the dark side of any person, or situation, or something that is reading or being told, you can transmute and transform that energy.

You can transmute it in an instant by standing on your own frequency of love and sending out compassion. This pulse of compassion and love transmutes the shadow. The shadow cannot advance, it cannot make inroads because you are so strongly emitting the highest frequency there is – love, light compassion and gratitude.

And when you align with joy and light, you transmute, transform and alchemize the very thing that is trying to make inroads.

You are uplifting, building energy beyond your own experience because someone is trying to make inroads. So he's trying to make a connection. And so, there is an opportunity to stay the course with your frequency and at the same time reach out and touch the other who is trying to connect with you for whatever reason.

That's why we don't want to get away. We don't want to fight anything, no matter how dark it gets, it comes our way because it's always an opportunity to connect in a way that supports love.

Appreciation is the key. When you begin to appreciate through acceptance, you immediately align with peace. There's no way to judge when you appreciate it. Try this. When you are about to respond in a defensive or critical manner or just wanting to get your point across – why not in that moment, instead, appreciate the person and the situation.

So you have a total non-judgment of the situation, or of a person, because you are tuning in to how they are supporting you. You are appreciating the person or situation and thanking them.

Appreciation itself is your gateway to total surrender and love.”

When I was a kid, we used to sing a hymn at our Sunday service, which I'm sure many of you know:

Lord, make me an instrument of your Peace.

Where there is hate, may I bring Love.

Where there is offense, may I take Pardon.

Where there is discord, may I lead the Union.

Where there is doubt, may I bring Faith.

Where there is error, may I bring the Truth.

Where there is despair, may I take Hope.

Where there is sadness, may I bring Joy.

Where there is darkness, may I bring the Light.

Although the prayer has been attributed to Saint Francis, its real author is anonymous, and it was first published in a spiritual magazine in France in 1912. Whoever wrote it speaks of a deep desire in the human heart.

No matter how hurt, angry or victimized we feel, we all want peace. We don't want to give our minds to the behavior and words of others, and yet we all know that it is sometimes very difficult to wean the ego from its tendency to attack and defend. Fight or flight is linked to our own biology.

The fight-or-flight response should be a survival mechanism, to make us run or hide from attack. It was never meant to be a survival mechanism for the human ego, yet we've adapted it to be just that instrument. Fortunately, we are more powerful. We can choose the reason and the answer rather than a reaction. This just takes practice.

Most of us, myself included, have had the opportunity to be very angry with someone who has let us down in some way. Anger is just a force that says strongly, “Something needs to change. I am not in alignment with my own soul.”

Maybe we've made excuses for too long for being in a situation that we clearly know isn't right for us. Perhaps we have made the other our God – giving him responsibility for our own happiness only to have him give us that power back when he has let us down.

Perhaps we were surprised at someone else's behavior because we didn't listen to our own God-given guidance. Most of us have gone through all of the above in one form or another. Most of us struggled with anger as we desperately yearned for peace. And most of us prevailed in our desire to feel good and at peace.

Forgiving, say the angels, is not saying, "What you did was good." To forgive is to say, "I don't give your behavior in my past any power over my future." It feels like we are “granting forgiveness” for an action that has hurt, but we are actually cutting the energy cords of past pain so that we can focus on what we want to create.

Many have attacked me during my career as an angel communicator, both big and small. I was belittled for my beliefs. I was the target of passive-aggressive name-calling and arrogant comments because I didn't show up in people's lives the way they wanted me to.

Like most of you, I was hurt and disappointed by people I cared about. I was even attacked by parasitic vibrations that made me feel like the subject of a sci-fi horror movie until I finally understood that love is the greatest power and nothing and no one has control over us if we learn to control our own vibration.

In my past, I was angry and in reaction, and yet the angels reminded me that my anger was not caused by the other person – even if they had harmed me. It was caused by my giving up my power and being upset with myself for my own misalignment with the Divine. His words weren't easy to hear, but they were empowering.

In admitting that my anger was my own – not caused but triggered by others, I found my own weaknesses. I found those areas where I was focusing on things I didn't want to strengthen. I found those areas where I ignored my own knowledge. I found in myself the areas where I gave more consideration to others than my own soul.

I found my own areas of vulnerability and was able, over time, to bless those who hurt me by showing me where I needed to love myself most. Now, the unkind words not only don't hurt me, but they also inspire compassion. Now, even the parasitic energies that are occasionally like “flies on you” when I'm tired or drained don't scare me and I just surround them with my light.

Now, when the other doesn't agree, I can listen to their perspective and recognize their right to be. The more I follow this path of learning to live and let live, the more I see these dramas – both personal and global – as ripples on the surface of a deeper ocean of love and peace, caused only by our illusions of separation.

So, as I see and hear about the wars on this planet, and feel them reverberating through my body like a disturbance in the “strength” I internalize, I sit with God.

s and the angels and I intend to be a receiver and transmitter of peace. I calm my mind, put on beautiful music and focus on everything I love.

In these spaces, I occasionally find myself out of body, comforting a mother and child in a shelter – someone I will never know in this life, but someone who needs love. Sometimes I find myself focusing on the light, on those who are most hateful and offensive because they need someone to remember who they really are. I am determined to be an instrument of peace.

It is not always easy, but we can choose not to strengthen the vibrations of war and instead choose the higher vibrations of peace, compassion and most of all love for the light that, however dim it may seem, lives within the heart of every human being.

Here are some tips to help you choose peace when others choose war:

1. Refuse to hate

Remember the scene in one of the Star Wars movies where Darth Vader hurt Luke Skywalker and is asking him to "use his anger" to join the dark side? I think about it often. When someone has offended you, insulted you, or otherwise hurt you, and you are tempted to rage, remember that a small outburst can be the necessary nudge to move you in a more positive direction, but leave the rage germinate is the equivalent of “joining the dark side”.

In reality, there are no sides – just an expressed or dimmed light, but don't want to turn off your light by letting the anger build up inside you. If you find yourself in this condition, surround yourself with angels and ask them to help you burn it. Record your anger, talk to your angels, gather stones that represent your upsets and throw them in a river, clean the garden, go jogging, Thai boxing or use a punching bag, but find a healthy way to burn the anger, instead of falling into hate.

Don't want to walk away from the experience of your own loving soul because of someone else's behavior. Want the powerful experience of connecting with the light within. Refuse to hate.

2. Turn the other cheek…turning your focus to the light.

The angels have said many times that when Jesus said, “Turn the other cheek,” he was not suggesting that you offer the other person the other cheek to be slapped! He was suggesting that you shift your attention from darkness to light.

He was suggesting that you focus on the good within the other when you can, and move away from the focus of their darkness. He was even giving her permission to turn away from those who were lost in the darkness and turn to the light.

Do anything to move your focus to a happier vibration and away from the lower vibrations of this earth. If you have to, walk away or move away from bad behavior and focus on something better.

3. Stay in such a high vibration that you don't let the "attacks" begin

This is the most empowering thing of all – to do what the angels have been urging us to do for the past few years – to choose the next best-feeling thought we can, the next most loving action.

In a higher, happier vibration, we repel the attacks of others, and if they attack anyway, they bounce off of us. When we are happy and in love with life, we feel compassion for others who are not. We perceive our orientation. We don't want to add to the world's pain. We love each other enough not to “dignify the devil”, no matter who it is, metaphorically speaking.

In a higher and happier vibration, we become ambassadors of peace, light, compassion and the beautiful vibrations that do not allow for war.

Taking care of your own feelings and your own heart is the most selfless thing you can do because from that vibration you become a true contribution to this earth. In this vibration, you can “love your enemies” as the saying goes, because you realize they are just broken hearts. In this vibration, we become peace.

It is not always easy to remain at peace in these challenging times, and the more you do this, the more you will contribute to the vibration of peace and remove the power from the vibration of war. We may be a small group compared to Earth's population, but in the words of Abraham-Hicks, a popular channel, "One soul in true connection to Source is more powerful than millions who are not."

Let's be the change we want to see in the world.

Let us choose Peace in our own hearts so that there is more Peace in the world.

The Galactic Council of Light: Judging Yourself

“We are here now.

We love you.

We are you, from your future, to assist you on your path.

Dear One, many individuals begin to see and perceive us in your skies and in person.

The key for this experience is a minimum amount of Divine Love in your heart.

Divine Love is the only energy we operate in and therefore, when you wish to connect with us, you will need to increase this energy within yourself.

But, not only to connect with us, it is also imperative for your ascension into the higher dimension.

So, what does that mean to increase the Divine Love frequency?

It is a overcoming of centuries of human programing in your societies.

You have experienced all emotions that are less than Divine Love such as judgement, criticism, anger, fear, hate and so on.

It is time to change the patterns in your thoughts, feelings, words and actions.

Let’s begin with yourself:

How often are you being critical of yourself?

We understand that you need to be aware of the things you wish to improve, but we recommend to take a more neutral position on these things and then, begin to work on improving what you wish to improve.

Begin to be more kind to yourself and have compassion for your journey…

Now, let’s look at how you see others:

How often have you had an opinion or judgement of others?
